CLIENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read these terms and conditions that apply to the provision of my professional services. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you are unable or unwilling to accept them, you should not book an appointment or continue with the therapeutic process.
FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION
A free 20-minute online initial consultation may be offered. No therapy will be conducted during this consultation. The goal is to understand your needs. During these calls, approximate estimates regarding the number of sessions required may be offered based on the information provided at that time. These estimates are purely approximate and may change.
BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
Online Sessions: No prior deposit is required for online sessions; however, payment must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the session may be canceled and offered to another person. It is the client's responsibility to make the payment before each session to confirm the booking.
CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, AND REFUNDS
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must provide notice as far in advance as possible. Notification must be made via message or call at least 48 hours in advance.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the session.
Session fees correspond to time and professional experience and do not guarantee a specific result. Therefore, no refunds will be given for sessions already conducted.
For programs or packages paid in advance, if you decide to interrupt the process before completing all sessions, a proportional refund may be issued, deducting the standard price of the sessions already used.
FEES AND PAYMENT METHODS
All professional fees will be communicated before booking. Prices may be reviewed and modified occasionally.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or enabled online methods.
CONTACT BETWEEN SESSIONS
Any contact between sessions will be made by phone, email, or messaging. Immediate availability or urgent response is not guaranteed.
MEDICAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL CONDITIONS
Questions about your medical history may be asked to assess potential contraindications and better understand therapeutic goals.
If you are receiving treatment from a doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or other health professional, authorization may be requested before beginning sessions.
Services offered by Irene Hernández do not replace professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
AGE RESTRICTION
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in online sessions.
SESSION ATTENDANCE
Please ensure you are available at the agreed time for the session. If you are going to be late, notify as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to maintain the full duration of the session, although it cannot be guaranteed.
AUDIOS AND RECORDINGS
Hypnosis or reprogramming audios must not be listened to while driving, operating machinery, or performing any activity that requires concentration.
Any recording provided is exclusively for personal use and may not be shared, copied, sold, or distributed under any circumstances.
SESSION RESULTS
Working on the problems or topics presented does not imply or guarantee their resolution. No specific result can be guaranteed.
However, Irene Hernández will always use her best capabilities and knowledge to accompany you toward your goals.
BEHAVIORAL STANDARDS
During sessions, you will be treated with respect and professionalism. In return, you commit not to harm yourself, other people, or any property.
You may not attend sessions under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs, except for medication prescribed by a doctor. If violent or abusive behavior is detected, the session may be canceled without the right to a refund.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All information shared, including sessions, phone conversations, and emails, will be treated confidentially.
Confidentiality may be broken only in the following circumstances:
- 1. When there is explicit consent.
- 2. When legally required.
- 3. When there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
- 4. In cases of fraud or crime.
- 5. When minors are involved.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances will Irene Hernández be liable for direct or indirect damages derived from the information, accompaniment, or services provided.
By participating in the offered services, you agree to take responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and results.
APPLICABLE LAW
These terms and conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the legislation in force in Spain.
Any controversy related to these terms and conditions will be submitted to the competent Spanish courts and tribunals.
UPDATES
These terms and conditions may be updated or modified without prior notice.
DATA PROTECTION
Personal data will be treated in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the regulations in force in Spain.
COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS
If you have any concern or claim related to the service received, you may communicate it directly to Irene Hernández to attempt to resolve the situation.
DECLARATIONS OF UNDERSTANDING
By hiring any session, program, or service, you confirm that:
- You have been informed about the scope of the services offered by Irene Hernández.
- You understand that results may vary from person to person.
- You understand that these services do not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.
- You participate voluntarily and under your own responsibility.
- Motivation and active participation are important for the process.
- The information provided by you is truthful and complete.
